 I am a Certified Life Coach, with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, based in Westchester, NY. My holistic approach will bring clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I strive to help my clients live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. Together we will identify where growth is desired, set goals, objectives, and bring accountability. I will be with them every step of the way, helping them reach their highest goals and fulfill dreams.
